pssao.com has no user accounts, takes no payments and runs no advertising trackers. We only receive personal information when you type it into one of two forms — the enquiry form or the careers form — plus a minimal record of page visits that does not store your IP address. We do not sell or rent anyone’s information.
This policy covers the website pssao.com only, operated by Partap Singh & Sons. Our ordering site psspayments.com and our field application PSS Go are separate systems with their own policies.
If you use the contact form on our home page we receive the name, email address, phone number, city and message you enter. It is kept on our server and emailed to our own mailbox, and used to answer you and, if it becomes one, to service the enquiry. It is not added to any marketing list.
If you apply through our careers page we receive your name, phone number, city, the role you are applying for and the CV file you upload (PDF). Your details and the CV are kept on our server (the CV under a randomised filename) and emailed to the person handling recruitment. It is used to consider you for that role and for other roles that may suit you. We do not pass CVs to other companies. Ask us and we will delete yours.
Every page view is written to a log file on our own server. Each line records the date and time, the page, the referring site, your browser’s user-agent string, and a short code used to count unique visitors. That code is a one-way hash that changes every day and cannot be turned back into an identity. Your IP address is not stored, and query strings are never logged. The log is kept on our server, not sent to anyone, and is used to see which pages and which search engines reach the site.
This site does not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics or advertising product. If that ever changes, this paragraph changes with it — it is generated from the site’s live configuration, not written by hand.
pssao.com sets no cookies of its own. It does not need them: there is nothing to log in to and nothing to keep in a basket.
The site does load a few files from other companies’ servers — the jQuery and AOS libraries that make the pages work, and Google Maps on the Our Reach page. Because your browser fetches those files directly, those companies necessarily see your IP address, and Google Maps may set cookies of its own under Google’s privacy policy. We receive nothing from them about you.
Form submissions travel to our mailbox through our email provider. Beyond that we share personal information only where we are required to by law, or must to protect our rights or someone’s safety. We do not sell, rent or trade it.
Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for serving you as a customer. CVs are kept while we are recruiting and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a suitable role opens. Visit logs are kept as monthly files. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw consent where consent is what we relied on. Write to info@pssao.com and we will act on it. These rights sit alongside those given by India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The whole site is served over HTTPS and enforces it. Mail credentials are held outside the web root in a directory the web server will not serve. Uploaded CVs are given randomised filenames. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
